This ambitious project faced significant challenges, notably an 11-meter fall of the land. To overcome this obstacle, a substantial 200-square-meter garage was meticulously constructed to achieve the flat floor spaces essential for the main living areas. Massive sandstone and gabion retaining walls were intricately crafted, transforming the landscape into flat garden areas that invite residents to savor the outdoors.

The culmination of these efforts is the Palisander Retreat Home—a 600-square-meter masterpiece where each bedroom is adorned with an ensuite and walk-in robe, ensuring the pinnacle of comfort and convenience. Executed within an 18-month timeframe, this project stands as a testament to the dedication and expertise of the involved teams.
